Description
Back in 2011 I was randomly drawing round pokemon, mostly Piplup and Hoot Hoot.
unfortunately I lost the other two painting I had. one was Piplup with a Silver BG and the other was Pichu with a Gold BG
and since both of those pics has shiny BGs I wanted Hoot Hoot's BG to be shiny too so I added sparkles to the wet paint
